Q. How often do I get
paid?
A. Nurse Registry, Inc. pays weekly. Your check can
be sent via first class mail or can be picked up in our office.
Q. Are taxes taken out of
my check?
A. No, as an independent contractor no taxes will be
deducted from your checks. It is the sole responsibility of the
nurse contractor to handle any payment of taxes due from his/her
contract assignments.
Q. What are your rates of
pay?
A. Nurse Registry, Inc. offers an extremely
competitive pay scale which varies by classification and
experience.
Q. Do you pay
overtime?
A. No, due to your status as an independent
contractor no overtime will be paid. However, this gives you the
flexibility to work as many hours per week as you would
like.
Q. Do you have a referral
bonus plan?
A. Yes, and our revolutionary bonus plan will

Q. What happens if the
facility cancels after I arrive for work?
A. The facility is contracted to pay for 4
hours. The facility has the option to either have the nurse
contractor work for 4 hours or send them home.
Q. What is your
cancellation policy?
A. 2
hours notice prior to the shift.
